Aliyev: Goal is to strengthen Karabakh and East Zangezur as new economic growth centre

President Ilham Aliyev said the main goal of the next, second stage of the State Programme of Great Return is to further increase private investment, expand permanent employment and export-oriented production, and strengthen the positions of Karabakh and East Zangezur as a new centre of economic growth.
