Grain storage and processing complex under construction near Taveli, Tatarstan

Tatarstan's construction supervision agency, Gosstroynadzor RT, is checking whether a grain storage and processing complex with a feed preparation section near Taveli village in Mamadysh District complies with its design documentation.

The agency said the agro-industrial facility serves the goals of the national project 'Technological Support of Food Security'. Inspectors are reviewing the production building, silo trenches, hay and straw sheds, administrative building, rainwater runoff treatment facilities, an artificial pond, vehicle scales and two transformer substations.

The complex also includes a fire pumping station with tanks, grain cleaning and drying sections, waste bunkers, and two silo-type grain storage facilities of 6,495 cubic meters each.
