Northern Cyprus Economy and Energy Minister Hasan Taçoy receives İSİFED delegation

Northern Cyprus Minister of Economy and Energy Hasan Taçoy received a delegation from the Istanbul Industrialists and Businesspeople Associations Federation (İSİFED). The delegation was in Northern Cyprus on a visit hosted by the Businesspeople's Association (İŞAD).

According to a statement from the Ministry of Economy and Energy, the meeting exchanged views on developing cooperation in industry and trade, evaluating investment opportunities, strengthening commercial ties between entrepreneurs, and creating new cooperation opportunities between the business communities of Türkiye and Northern Cyprus.

Taçoy stressed the importance of cooperation between the two countries and said industry and trade have a distinct place within it. He said that based on production, entrepreneurship and mutual investment, economic ties should be developed, and that they were ready to support all work toward these goals. He said he was pleased to see the delegation in Northern Cyprus and thanked the İŞAD board for making the visit possible.
