Turkmenistan Commodity Exchange Delegation Led by Batyr Volsakhatov Visits Austria

A delegation led by Batyr Volsakhatov, chairman of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, has visited Austria to explore ways to strengthen bilateral economic cooperation and expand trade ties.

In Vienna, the delegation met with the president of the Vienna Agricultural Products Exchange, as well as the head of a regional department and the director for Southeast Europe and Eastern Europe/Central Asia at the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.

The talks focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation, developing exchange trading, expanding trade in agricultural products and identifying new opportunities for mutually beneficial economic partnership. Participants identified promising areas for further institutional and commercial cooperation that could support trade and economic relations between Turkmenistan and Austria.
