Moi Dokumenty portal in Yakutia launches NDFL calculator for real estate deals

The multifunctional centre (MFC) Moi Dokumenty in Sakha (Yakutia) has added a new tool to its portal: the “Calculator of conditions for personal income tax (NDFL) on real estate transactions.” The centre announced the launch in its Max channel.

The calculator is designed to help users understand general tax rules and assess in advance whether a tax payment obligation may arise. Users choose the type of transaction, either a gift or a sale and purchase, and the service indicates whether the income received is subject to taxation.

The service is for information only and does not provide individual tax advice. Developed by the Moi Dokumenty centre, it is not an official service of the Federal Tax Service (FNS) of Russia. The result does not release users from filing a tax return where the law requires one, and the final tax decision is made only by the tax authority.
