Kamran Aliyev: Azerbaijan Joins Merida Convention Against Corruption

Azerbaijan has joined the Merida Convention against corruption, Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev said, according to APA.

The Merida Convention is the UN Convention against Corruption (UNCAC). The source notes that Azerbaijan has ratified the UN Convention against Corruption (UNCAC). The country has also ratified the UN Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the Council of Europe's Civil Law and Criminal Law Conventions on Corruption.
