Bashkortostan names main problems in housing and utilities sector

Irina Golovanova, Minister of Housing and Utilities of Bashkortostan, outlined the main problems in the republic's housing and utilities sector at a briefing for the BST television channel. According to her, the key issues include accidents on utility networks, insufficient information for residents about planned and emergency works, and debts for utility services.

Golovanova also said that low tariffs make it difficult for management companies to provide the necessary number of yard sweepers and locksmiths.
