Minnikhanov plans trip to India in first quarter of 2027

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said at the plenary session of the TAIM II Russia-India forum in Kazan that he intends to travel to India in the first quarter of 2027. An agreement on the matter was reached with India's ambassador to the Russian Federation, Vinay Kumar.

Minnikhanov said the programme would probably be drawn up in the first quarter and that a business delegation visit to India would take place with the participation of government bodies and himself. He also said Tatarstan's partnership with India is far broader than trade turnover figures indicate.
