Azerbaijan to have four consecutive non-working days in November

Azerbaijan will have four consecutive non-working days in November, Day.Az reports. This year, 8 November, Victory Day, falls on a Sunday. The following day, 9 November, is marked as State Flag Day and is also a non-working day.

Under the Labour Code, when holidays fall on a weekend, the rest day is moved to the next working day. In this case, the rest day will be moved to 10 November, and the holiday schedule is based on this provision.

As a result, there will be no work on 7, 8, 9 and 10 November, creating a four-day break in a row.
