Turkmenistan presents President Berdimuhamedov's book on neutrality in Azerbaijani

On 21 October 2026, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted the presentation of a book by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, «Neutrality of Turkmenistan - A Bright Path of Peace and Trust», published in the Azerbaijani language. Attendees included Foreign Ministry leaders and representatives, the diplomatic corps accredited in the country, and members of the scientific and academic community.

Speakers highlighted the consistency of the positive foreign policy course of neutral Turkmenistan and its significant role in addressing current international issues. They noted the importance of the philosophy of neutrality in promoting constructive international initiatives reflected in the President's book.

Particular attention was paid to developing Turkmen-Azerbaijani relations, which are based on historical, cultural and spiritual closeness between the two fraternal peoples. Participants also stressed the cultural and humanitarian dimension of bilateral cooperation, including the international art exhibition «Mother Nature», organised by the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charity Foundation together with the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
