Azerbaijan's Chamber of Accounts presents assessment of 2027 draft state budget

Azerbaijan's Chamber of Accounts has presented its conclusion on the draft state budget for 2027. The issue was discussed at a regular meeting of the Chamber's Board, chaired by its head, Vugar Gulmammadov.

The conclusion assesses whether the draft state budget law and its accompanying documents comply with legislative requirements. It also evaluates the validity and completeness of projected revenues, expenditures and the budget deficit.

The Board approved the conclusion and decided to submit it to the Milli Majlis (Parliament). The meeting also considered the Chamber's conclusion on the draft 2027 budget of the State Social Protection Fund, which was approved and is set to be forwarded to parliament.
