Philippine Delegation Visits Ashgabat for Political Consultations

Ashgabat, 16 October – A delegation of the Republic of the Philippines, led by Deputy Secretary for Political Affairs of the Department of Foreign Affairs Leo M. Herrera-Lim, visited the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan on 15 October. There it took part in bilateral inter-ministerial political consultations held at the level of deputy heads of agencies.

During the talks, the sides discussed developing cooperation between the two countries in political, trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian fields. Energy, maritime transport, tourism and other areas were also on the agenda. The report was published by Turkmeninform.
