Uzbek President receives head of Turkish company Aksa Enerji

Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev received Jamil Kazanchi, chairman of the board of directors of the Turkish company Aksa Enerji, within the first meeting of the Investors Council of the fuel and energy sector.

During the talks, the sides discussed expanding mutually beneficial cooperation. They also reviewed the company's possible participation in projects for developing and technologically modernising Uzbekistan's energy sector.

The two sides agreed to accelerate work on specific projects.
