The Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic on 28 October 2026 put a draft government resolution out for public discussion. The draft sets new amounts for pensions, allowances and compensation from 1 January 2027.

The draft was prepared under a decree issued by President Sadyr Japarov on 21 October 2026 on state support for certain categories of citizens. Under the draft, the minimum disability pension for conscript military servicemen would be fixed at 12,300 soms. Disability payments for Group I would be 9,500 soms, and for Group III 5,000 soms.

Mothers awarded the Mother-Heroine or Baatyr Ene orders would receive a monthly allowance of 5,000 soms. The base pension for the loss of one parent would be 5,000 soms per child, and 8,000 soms for the loss of both parents.

Separate compensatory supplements are provided for liquidators of the Chernobyl nuclear plant accident and other nuclear facilities. If a liquidator's pension exceeds 12,300 soms, the monthly allowance would be 1,000 soms. For smaller pensions, the supplement would be the difference up to 12,300 soms, but not less than 1,000 soms. All expenses would be financed from the republican budget.
