Allamjonov Discusses Rubio's Expected Uzbekistan Visit With White House Official

Komil Allamjonov, representative of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan in the United States, met with Michael Jeremiah, special assistant to the US president and senior director of the National Security Council for South and Central Asia. UzDaily reported the meeting from Tashkent.

According to Allamjonov, the talks focused on the organizational preparation of several upcoming international events. In particular, the sides discussed the expected visit of US Secretary of State Marco Rubio to Uzbekistan, a C5+1 meeting to be held in Samarkand, and the agenda of the G20 summit in Miami.
