Over 83,000 Apartments Under Construction at 65 Sites From Bishkek to Batken

The State Mortgage Company is building more than 83,000 apartments at 65 sites across seven regions of Kyrgyzstan, from Bishkek to Batken region, President Sadyr Japarov said. He made the remarks on 14 October 2026 at a handover ceremony for apartments in the Muras residential complex in Bishkek.

According to Japarov, more than 2,000 apartments had already been commissioned in the complex's first two stages. With 1,104 apartments handed over at the ceremony, construction of 3,170 apartments in the complex has been fully completed. The fourth stage, which will provide 1,584 apartments, is due to be finished next June. This will bring the complex to 4,754 apartments in 39 blocks.

Nationwide, a total of 9,371 apartments have been commissioned, and citizens are living in their new homes. At the Muras complex in Bishkek, 1,104 families received the keys to their apartments.
